Senior Care Membership Organization

Family \ fam-lē \ noun: A group whose members are related in origin, characteristics, or occupation.

Ok, we know it may sound a little corny but we really are a big family…and not just because our members share the same occupation. They also share the same passion of caring for seniors, the same values of providing honest and ethical care, the same compassion and empathy for families struggling with elder care issues, and the same belief that what they do is special and meaningful.

There are a lot of different businesses to start if your goal is just to make money. But if your goal is to start a meaningful business, one that makes a difference in the lives of people in your community, then this is clearly the industry for you. Our members got involved in this industry for those very same reasons, and they chose to join The Senior’s Choice to give them the best chance of succeeding. It’s one of the many things that makes us all feel like we’re one big (and happy) family.

Also, our members network with each other frequently – in person, on the phone, via email, and via our List Serve (it’s our own internal Forum/Message Board). You see, we believe in the power of networking.

Our members get together several times a year at organized Next Level regional training seminars hosted by - you guessed it - us, for some serious learning. But the learning isn’t a one-way street. Instead of just listening to presentations from Steve and AnNita and Pete, members also get involved in the teaching process. After all, our members are on the front lines of home care in nearly every state around the country (and in Canada, too), and the information and feedback they provide is always current and relevant. So when we’re finished teaching advanced skills to help them grow their businesses – like using financial and operational benchmarks to help them track and measure their progress, implementing different operating systems to help them grow their internal business structure, or improving their sales techniques and overcoming objections – our members share their best practices with their fellow members.

As a matter of fact, about 65% of the presentation time is actually conducted by our members. They talk about what works - and doesn’t work - for them, such as where they are getting the most numbers of referrals, specialized services they’ve rolled out that are positively impacting their bottom line, new referral sources they’ve discovered, etc. They are even willing to share marketing materials or policies/forms they’ve created with everyone. Now that’s networking!

Where else will you find people in the same organization willing to share all this valuable information with one another? Certainly not at franchises. And not at any of the local business networking groups you might be inclined to join. But at The Senior’s Choice, they do.

So, we really hope you’ll join The Senior’s Choice. It’s a place where you’ll learn a meaningful business, make a lot of new friends and…this is the neat part…you’ll become part of our family!
