Recently, deep in the bowels our private duty laboratory, we developed an incredible tool designed to help you do a complete assessment of your business. It’s called the Private Duty Assessment Tool, or PDAT for short. Ok, it’s not the cleverest name we’ve ever come up with, but it is descriptive of what it does.

What’s a PDAT and why should you want one? Basically, the PDAT is a detailed questionnaire that asks you a series of questions about all of your current business practices from sales and marketing to recruitment and retention, to operational and financial. It also reviews your short and long term goals.

Chances are if you’re like many small- to midsized private duty home care owners you probably never conduct such an assessment.
