5…4…3…2…one of these New Years, we humans will figure out the perfect answer to every question, the perfect decision for every Choice. But until then, we must rely on our experience, our intuition, and our resources to make the most informed Choices. That’s where The Senior’s Choice comes in: for our members, we’re like a trusted navigator, offering seasoned advice at every turn to help you arrive at your chosen destination. The road to success in the senior care industry doesn’t have to be a long one, riddled with potholes, barriers, bad weather, dangerous turns and dead ends. With the right resources and experience, it can be a fast, pleasant, exciting journey to success! It just comes down to knowing where you want to go, correctly reading the signs, making the right turns (making the right Choices), and stopping to ask for directions when you get a little lost. And remember, this IS the time of year for Choices…resolutions, rebirths, rejuvenation. You can Choose to make 2008 your most profitable year ever.
In this issue, we’ll offer a few suggestions to help you get to where you want to be (such as attending one of our upcoming Development and Growth Workshops). There’s a LOT to be gained on this drive toward Private Duty success…so buckle up. You’re behind the wheel, we’re in the passenger seat, and this year can be the ride of your life. It’s your Choice.

As you impatiently awaited the arrival of your next issue of CHOICES, no doubt checking your Inbox every 30 seconds or so for the past week and driving yourself and everyone around you mad with your fidgeting, you almost certainly anticipated that we would focus this issue on aspects of self-improvement, this being the start of a new year and all. So you probably reasoned, correctly so, that with the New Year come new opportunities to make meaningful changes in your life, as well as in your business. And since CHOICES is not a lifestyle newsletter, we thought it better to focus on ways for improving your business and your bottom line, as opposed to ways in which to style your hair or dress your French Bulldog. (Sadly enough, we do have thoughts on those subjects, too.)
In this issue, we're going to discuss why implementing a standardized caregiver training program will save your business time and $$$'s (and make your clients smile), as well as share some great ideas on how to spice up your caregiver's in-service training. Click here to read the full story.

Father. Friend. Leader. Ph...uh... Philosopher? Yeah, believe it. As the founder and president of The Senior's Choice, Steve has become widely known as one of the most forward-thinkers in our industry. We here at TSC are incessantly amazed at Steve's ability to provide Private Duty owners with the perfect blend of cold hard knowledge and good 'ol fashioned inspiration.
