OK look, we’re going to go over this one more time, and that’s it. It’s simple. The wee Irish folk most commonly known as Leprechauns stash their gold in a pot at the end of a rainbow. If you spot a Leprechaun and catch him, he must take you to his gold if you can keep him in sight. If the Leprechaun can trick you into looking away, he will vanish…and so will your hopes for finding his treasure.

But as an entrepreneurial Private Duty business owner, we bet this means of amassing wealth is a little convoluted for your taste, right? We agree…there’s an easier way. And while it doesn’t involve having to keep your gaze affixed on some elusive little green-clad man, it does entail keeping your “eyes on the prize.” The prize, of course, is the coveted pot ‘o gold at the end of every business-owner’s rainbow: financial independence. And in the senior care industry, as we here at The Senior’s Choice are well aware, there’s a very specific way to arrive at this treasure. An important part of the journey involves assessing the current state of your business.
