From Cindy
Murdoch’s (Senior's Choice Care Provider)
I am writing this letter of recommendation based on our
professional association with Caring Angels, Inc. I have
found that Cindy Murdoch (president) and her employees
to be honest, considerate, compassionate, and
trustworthy. Each of her employees demonstrated a high
degree of loyalty and carried out their obligations with
vigor and resolve. The caretakers were responsible for
the caring of our loved one (Tim's mother) 24-hours a
day, 7 days a week, and we found they gave first rate
care. . . . I would recommend each 'caring angel' that
assisted in my mother's care with complete confidence.
Caring Angels demonstrated a high degree of loyalty and
trustworthiness in their work, proving it is possible to
keep loved ones at home where they feel safe and have
peace of mind. I am so thankful our paths crossed and we
used this organization instead of some alternative care.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your
"band of angels" for taking such good care of my mother.
As you know, mother was 96 years old when you and your
staff began to help us. Each of your "angels" was kind
and helpful and mother loved getting to talk with them.
She had many stories to tell and members of your staff
were wonderful listeners. They made sure she got her
meals and medicines in a timely fashion. You were all
wonderful to her and we will always be grateful for your
help.
I especially appreciated your flexibility in changing
schedules to meet our needs. With your help we were able
to keep mother at home until her death. That was a
fervent wish of hers and you helped make it come true.
May God bless you and your staff as you continue to
provide your services to others like my mother.

This is a letter of recommendation for Caring Angels,
owned and operated by Cindy and Criss Murdoch. Cindy and
Criss helped our family through the loss of my father
earlier this year.
While I was out of the country, my father went into
kidney failure and was hosptialized. Caring Angels
provided the 24-hour a day care he needed in the
hospital, due to his Alzheimer's condition as well as
the kidney failure. Upon my return, we continued to
employ Caring Angels up until my father's passing. We
were extremely pleased with the service we were
provided. All of the caregivers were knowlegeable and
seemed to really care for my father's health and
comfort. It was a very sad time for our family and
Caring Angels were a tremendous help and comfort to our
whole family. Specifically, Cindy was with my father
when he passed and contacted me immediately and stayed
with me well past her shift, providing support for me
and my sister-in-law.
I highly recommend Cindy, Criss, and their employees for
the services they provided for me and my family.

I wanted to express my gratitude to you, your staff, and
all the many caregivers that have graced the home of my
mother. When mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, we were
frantic. We knew she would eventually need constant care
and were at a total loss as to how to care for her. Our
fears were that if we did have to hire someone to care
for her, how we could trust they would care for her as
we would.
We prayed for guidance in this matter and God did answer
our prayer when we found an advertisement in a local
paper about Caring Angels. I thank God for leading us to
you and your company. Your diligence, professionalism,
and genuine care for my mother is truly appreciated.
Your company has been especially helpful to us with
flexible scheduling and getting up-dated information to
us about Alzheimer's and general information,
activities, and recent happenings in the world of
seniors. We really enjoy the newsletter.

Just a note to tell you how much my family appreciates
all the help your group gave us in our time of need.
Your prompt attention to our needs and the care and
concern of your organization during this time was
appreciated by our entire family. From your first visit
in the home of my parents and until the last day of your
service, we had peace of mind knowing that their needs
were met.
The caregivers that you sent were qualified and
professional, and we never felt that our family would
not be given the care that we thought they should have.
We always knew that someone would be there to care for
them.
Our sincere thanks for all your help and assistance
during their period of need.
